There’s one important area you won’t ever get completely right!


It’s called life! That’s hard to accept if you’re committed to living life well. It’s hard to accept that you’re never going to connect all the dots, dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s – however hard you try.


You may know this in your heart, but translating it to your life is another matter altogether. Peace eludes you because you’re looking for it in all the wrong places.


You may experience a momentary feeling that “God’s in His heaven – All's right with the world” when you watch an ocean sunset in an exotic land, and come to the conclusion that you need to watch more sunsets to feel peaceful, or that expensive vacations are the missing key... What actually caused you to feel that way is: YOU. You were fully present at that moment, and felt aligned with reality at that moment. There are always two elements involved in those rare moments of peace. You and reality, and when they align, magic happens.


Living well means consciously aligning ourselves with reality, so that we are able to live consciously, in balance, without ignoring important aspects of reality.


I have developed a tool that helps us align better with reality, and make conscious choice a possibility regardless of circumstance. When you use this tool, you will see reality more clearly…guaranteed!


All my life I’ve been on a quest to answer the question: “What’s true about life?” [Yeah, I know!]

As a child, my mother taught me Walter D. Wintle’s famous poem, with its oft-quoted ending:


Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man;
But sooner or later the man who wins
Is the one who thinks he can!

I went on naturally from there to absorbing the classic texts about positive thinking, and later, over the course of my life, I studied various physiological methods designed to help us think and act in the most effective way possible, including cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, constructive living (Morita therapy), Kaizen, neo-cognitive psychology, brief therapy, NLP and reality therapy, among others. Based on what I learned from these therapeutic methods, and from courses I participated in – creative visualization, instrumental enrichment, coaching practice – I developed my SOFTLY method for placing ourselves at the center of our life, and following our path with grace and purpose, regardless of circumstances. So why did I stop blogging about SOFTLY?

I became aware that there's an element that I hadn't factored into the equation: while we are at the center of our lives (knowing that everyone else is at the center of their lives), and are part of a larger reality – that reality is dynamic. It is as alive as we are, and if we learn to engage proactively and consciously with this reality, we can exponentially increase the chances that we will stop chasing after elusive dots, and start creating meaning in our lives, regardless of circumstance, and consciously choose our way of being, including the possibility of sunsets, successes and vacations.


I call this methodology Tri-Alignment, and currently only offer it in person or via Skype.
